Soraya works as a theater educator and performer in Berlin - always at the intersection of
theater and political education. Through theater, she wants to create spaces for encounters and experience
that strengthen young people in particular as artistic and political actors.

I have worked in various contexts as a theater pedagogue and performer, among others, at the Maxim
Gorki Theater, Ballhaus Naunynstraße, Sophiensaele, Falken Berlin, and as of the new season at the
season at the Parkaue. I bring with me: A trained eye for critical analyses of representation on German stages
German stages and a suitcase full of creative methods.

At the moment I'm especially busy with anti-racism, anti-Semitism critique and so-called
culture of memory. In line with this year's motto, Lea Sherin Kübler and I recently realized
