Why this idea?

During the past IN*VISIONs there was always the wish to support us and the question how to get better involved. At the same time we also realized how urgently we need more and more binding support.
At this year's IN*VISION we have therefore thought about how we can accept more support from outside and have created a helper:inside concept. The IN*VISION is not a commercial festival, the whole organization is done on a voluntary basis.
Therefore we need your support to be able to do the many tasks that have to be done on site.
On top of that, you might be able to get a discounted ticket and be sure of a place at IN*VISION.

What can you do?

Helpers are the people who take over different shifts at the IN*VISION as well as at the construction and dismantling. In return you secure a place at the IN\VISION and support the project. In addition, there is the possibility to get a reduced or free helper ticket, if you take over enough shifts. We are also happy if you still pay a participation fee.
Helpers also have the advantage that they don't have to take over any services (garbage, cooking, washing up, cleaning toilets...) at the festival.

Do you want to support us and be a helper at the IN*VISION? Then read below the descriptions of the different teams and click in the registration form under "Helfer*in?" in which area you could generally imagine to take over shifts (regardless of the number). The effort in the different helper:in teams can be different. For example, the shifts of the teams are different in length and require sometimes more and sometimes less responsibility and effort.
For each team there is a responsible person from the core crew who coordinates the work and is available for questions. Nevertheless, there are some teams shift leaders for which you can also sign up.

What happens after the registration?

After you have sent the helper:in registration, we will get back to you in a timely manner with a proposal that specifies how many shifts in which areas you would need to take in order to receive a reduced helper:in ticket.
We will give preference to people who take on many shifts and will try to take your preferences into account when evaluating the registrations and divide you up so that everyone is on as few different teams as possible.
After your binding commitment, you can independently sign up for the exact shifts in the schedule in coordination with your teams, for which you will get an exclusive look at the preliminary program.
For all helpers, participation in the preparation weekend on 3-4 July is mandatory.
Depending on the team, this meeting will take place either online or in person in Berlin, where the teams will get to know each other, exchange ideas, discuss and receive introductions.
