For?
In addition to helpers for shifts in individual areas, we are also looking for people who can take over the shift management of a team on a daily basis. We hope that this will improve organizational processes within the areas of responsibility.

*What are the tasks?
As a shift leader, you ensure a good handover at shift changes, are available for questions from the team and perhaps also remind a person that their shift is about to start. Depending on the area in which you imagine yourself as a shift leader, the specific tasks will vary somewhat. In the bar and café area, this may mean organizing change and counting the tills; in the shuttle team, you will take care of handing over the car keys or passing on spontaneous changes in the timetable. For all questions that are too much for you as a shift leader, you can always contact the core crew.

Requirements?
It makes sense to take over the shift management in an area, if you already have a good overview of the area of responsibility through your cooperation in the corresponding AG or if you have already been active in this team as a helper:in one of the last IN*VISION.
