Referent*in #56 - Angela Asomah
This is what Angela says about Angela:
Angela Asomah is an activist and speaker, gives workshops on climate justice, intersectionality, and empowerment.
Empowerment and works at BUNDjugend in the project "Locals United". Angela's focus is on the visibility of the ongoing violent consequences of colonialism on humans and nature and the narratives of resistance struggles of people from the Global South.
Who is Angela?
I am an attachment figure, friend, activist, and speaker engaged with my connected Ancestors Line. Music and inspiring stories
empower me in powerless moments and I am always looking for self-care and healing processes.
This is especially on Angela's mind right now:
At the moment I am dealing a lot with the question: what perspectives and forms of activism exist and how can they be made more visible? I'm mainly concerned with colonial continuities on humans and nature and resistance struggles in the Global South.
