Saboura is a researching, moving intersectional Muslim
Feminist and empowerment trainer. Her areas of focus include empowerment of
Flinta of Color, dance and movement, religion and the body, art and
Decolonization.

This expertise she brings with her:

I have worked for several years in research on intersectionality and social
and political participation of BIPOC, with a focus on anti-Muslim racism, Muslim
Racism, Muslim feminism, and decolonization. I have given numerous
workshop in this area, and am a Transformative Dance Facilitator.

These issues are of particular concern to Saboura:

Anti-Muslim racism, BIPOC social political participation, racism in the
university context/academia, institutional racism, Muslim
Feminism, Decolonization, (South) Asian Diaspora, Politics and Aesthetics.
