For?
The team helps us to keep the festival and seminar safe and to make all people at the IN*VISION feel as safe as possible.
What are the tasks?
The protection team stands at the entrance of the festival area and makes sure that no unregistered people enter the area, supports the awareness team if needed and accompanies the common arrival and departure to Brandenburg. You should be able to be self-confident and determined if you want to take over protection shifts.
Requirements
Special combat/martial arts experience or experience with de-escalation strategies is not a prerequisite, but does not hurt either. There will be a lengthy online meeting at the prep weekend for the protection team to get acquainted and briefed.
Positioning: Open, BIPOC and FLI\NTA preferred.
