For?
So that people who care for children also have the opportunity to participate in the IN*VISION, there is child care during the workshop times. The age range of the children and young people stretches from 1 to 16 years, although children under the age of 4 usually do not drop in without their caregivers.
What are the responsibilities?
Since 2019, we have expanded this childcare with a diverse range of our own children and youth programs. Partly there are offers, which are offered by external referent:inside. The rest of the time, however, is designed by the Kids- and Youthspace team. Through our connection to the Falken Berlin we have access to a lot of experience, material and methods that can be used in this space for young people.
Requirements?
During the preparation weekend we will deal with our pedagogical attitude and prevention of sexualized violence. We will also discuss possible program points.
Experience in the care of children is a prerequisite in this team.
